  • Performance: Allocation reporting API optimized for faster response times. Timesheets is now split into Submissions and Actuals tabs, improving performance and clarity. Talent Search is now significantly faster.

  • Freeze: Admins can now edit Freeze settings. Timesheets now include a filter to quickly identify users with unfrozen periods, and color coding makes them easy to spot.

  • Time reporting: Split-week support, Weekly status now reflects only the days belonging to the selected month, even if the week spans multiple months. It’s now also possible to submit fully empty weeks.

  • Subcontractor Portal: Many improvements to this future feature. Also enhanced visibility settings for Openings. Openings can be hidden entirely from subcontractors or shared with all subcontractors, only Freelancers, only Partner companies, or only selected partner companies. Also, Matching-opening notifications follow the same rules. This feature is in Private beta with selected customers.

  • SCIM: Introduced a new /Groups endpoint, enabling management of Company, Business Unit, and Team entities, along with their members, via SCIM.

  • API: Added the ability to disable user logins via the /employee endpoint.​

  • Accessibility: Restored missing avatars in Global Search results. Improved accessibility in the top bar (accessible names, alt attributes, and contrast) based on audit findings.

  • Performance: Added pagination to Skills Management in Settings. This significantly improves performance, especially when working with large datasets (1,000+ skills).

  • Billing: Negative values are now supported in VAT calculations. This allows adding negative credit rows to invoices, with VAT calculated according to standard financial practices.

  • Projects / overview: Fixed a time zone issue that, in some scenarios, displayed months in diagrams one month off.

  • UX: In rare cases, drawers were not resizable. We’ve added safeguards to ensure drawers always stay within minimum and maximum width.

  • Time reporting: A long-awaited update — the navigation arrows now move week by week instead of by month. To change the month, simply use the date picker. We also made it easier to navigate across split weeks (where some days fall into a different month).

  • SCIM: Added new fields to the /Users endpoint: segment, accessRole, loginType, startDate, endDate, and supervisorId.

  • API: The Employee API now exposes the isCoreSkill , visibleInCv and pastExperience attributes in the Employee–Skill relationship.

  • UX: Refreshed the design of tabs to make them visually distinct from buttons for a clearer user experience.

  • Time reporting: Introducing Freeze

    • Ability to prevent accidental or intentional changes to past months' or weeks' time reporting data.

    • Automatically freeze entire month or week for all employees after a configurable number of days following the period's end.

    • Un-Freeze. Users with the Administrator or HR Admin role can temporarily unlock a specific user’s time card for a given week or month.

    • Re-Freeze. The user's week or month will re-freeze after the user confirms their edits are ready. If manual confirmation is not received, the system will automatically re-freeze the period after a set amount of time (48 hours by default).

    • This feature is available via feature flag and can be activated as needed. Note that at the moment, we are running private beta with selected customers.

  • API: We now expose Experience API. You are able to import and manage users' CV data (e.g., Work experience, History projects, Trainings and Education) via API.

  • Deviations in Allocations: In the Allocations / People view, users can now toggle between Allocations (Planned), Actuals (Time reported), and Deviations (the difference between the two). This gives you a clear comparison of what was planned versus what actually happened. This feature is available via feature flag and visible only to users with the hr-admin or administrator role.

  • Finance - Multi-currency support: In Projects / Overview, where you view financial forecasts across your project portfolio, users can now select the preferred display currency. Monthly average exchange rates are based on ECB data.

  • Allocations - Weekly View Enhancement: In the weekly view, we now display the Monday date alongside the week number for easier orientation.

  • Sales - Customer Deletions: It's now possible to delete customer records. While customers are typically managed in your CRM, this allows for correcting erroneous entries imported via integrations. Only enabled when the customer does not have any Leads, Opportunities or Projects connected to it.

  • UX - Improved Allocations navigation: We’ve streamlined the Allocations pages by placing all toggles in a single row, improving clarity and usability.

  • Time reporting: Fixed an issue where an inactive default task was selected even when active tasks were available.

  • Time reporting: Resolved a bug where certain time entries appeared in Excel exports and API responses but were missing from the UI.

  • Time reporting: Introducing the first version of Monthly Alert, a UI notification that appears if a person has logged fewer hours than planned for the current month. The alert is shown only when submitting the final week of the month. This feature is available via feature flag and can be activated as needed.

  • ​Finance: Improved performance for large price lists, especially those with hundreds of rows, ensuring faster load times and smoother management.

  • Notifications: Notification emails now include your organization’s name alongside Agileday, making them easier to recognize and trust.

Feature

Time reporting: Auto-save is finally here! And, we have quite a few other improvements in this release as well.

  • Auto-save activated: All time reporting changes are now saved automatically. Once your week is complete, just hit “Submit.”

  • Partial weeks: You can now submit partial weeks. For example, Mon–Wed for the current month and Thu–Fri for the next.

  • Data quality: Users contracted to a project can no longer add the same project as “Unplanned.”

  • Smarter project selection: “Add project” now shows your contracted projects first, with alphabetical sorting for easy access.

  • Sticky navigation: When refreshing the time card page, the system remembers which week you were viewing.

  • UX fine-tuning: We’ve made multiple small improvements for a smoother, faster time entry experience.

Subco portal: Phase One Is Live!

  • Partner companies supported: In addition to freelancers, you can now manage subcontractors working via partner companies.

  • Partner consultants: Subcontractors linked to a partner company are shown with a tooltip displaying the partner manager’s contact info, making communication easier.

  • Partner managers: One or more subcontractors in a partner company can assigned as partner managers. In the future, these users will gain additional permission to manage other consultants in their company.

  • New filters: Filters now include “Partner,” making it simple to view subcontractors associated with specific companies.

Allocations: Manage allocations also in hours

  • We’ve expanded our allocation capabilities to include hour-based allocations, in addition to percentages.

  • You can now define your default allocation unit, hours or percentages, based on what best fits your business model.

  • When creating an Opening, you're free to override the default and choose between percentages, workdays, or hours. Each Opening within a project can use its own preferred unit.

  • The allocation views are flexible. When viewing allocations, either for the whole People or Project portfolio or for a single Project, you can switch switch between percentage and hour-based views at any time. Regardless of how allocations are set, all Openings and aggregated values will show your selected view.

  • Note: Hour-based allocations are activated using a feature flag. Contact Agileday to activate these for your organization.
