Openings can be hidden entirely from subcontractors or shared with all subcontractors, only Freelancers, only Partner companies, or only selected partner companies. Projects / overview: Fixed a time zone issue that, in some scenarios, displayed months in diagrams one month off.

UX: In rare cases, drawers were not resizable. We’ve added safeguards to ensure drawers always stay within minimum and maximum width.

Time reporting: A long-awaited update — the navigation arrows now move week by week instead of by month. To change the month, simply use the date picker. We also made it easier to navigate across split weeks (where some days fall into a different month).

Finance - Multi-currency support: In Projects / Overview, where you view financial forecasts across your project portfolio, users can now select the preferred display currency. Monthly average exchange rates are based on ECB data.

Allocations - Weekly View Enhancement: In the weekly view, we now display the Monday date alongside the week number for easier orientation.

Sales - Customer Deletions: It's now possible to delete customer records. While customers are typically managed in your CRM, this allows for correcting erroneous entries imported via integrations. Only enabled when the customer does not have any Leads, Opportunities or Projects connected to it.

UX - Improved Allocations navigation: We’ve streamlined the Allocations pages by placing all toggles in a single row, improving clarity and usability.

We’ve expanded our allocation capabilities to include hour-based allocations, in addition to percentages.

You can now define your default allocation unit, hours or percentages, based on what best fits your business model.

When creating an Opening, you're free to override the default and choose between percentages, workdays, or hours. Each Opening within a project can use its own preferred unit.

The allocation views are flexible. When viewing allocations, either for the whole People or Project portfolio or for a single Project, you can switch switch between percentage and hour-based views at any time. Regardless of how allocations are set, all Openings and aggregated values will show your selected view.

We’ve introduced a new Time Entry API to complement our existing Time Reporting API.

Time Entry API enables importing users' time entries from external systems, where as Time reporting API is designed to export data for payroll and invoicing processes.

With the Time Entry API, you can create and update individual time entries.

You can also retrieve all time entries based on user, date, or the timestamp of the last change.

Time reporting: The hour reports section has been redesigned for better usability. Alongside weekly time card statuses for all employees, individual time entries are now displayed in greater detail. Users can easily filter and analyze the data, with the option to export reports to Excel and Google Sheets for further analysis.

Projects: Time reporting improvements have been extended to project data. In the Project 'Actuals' tab, you can now view detailed, individual time entries in addition to the weekly time card status for project team members. Data export to Excel remains available for further project analysis.

CV Editor: We removed the 800 character limit for summary/biography text in CV Editor. It used to play a role to ensure that summary fits to the CV front page. Now one can store as long text as they see fit. In template, one can manage if the text will overflow to the next page or if only that part of text is shown that fits to the front page.

Financial data: In Settings, admin can now set the standard cost rate for employees. At this stage, this feature acts as a future enabler.

Fixed: In Profile, after editing CV data, changes were not visible without a page refresh.

Administrators can also manage the optimal setup and create needed Absence projects for their organization.

Note that during upgrade, existing Absence types are automatically converted to Absence projects.

You can find your absence projects via Project list. Absences can be seen with the project preset filter 'All'. And using 'Project type' filter you can list only absence-projects.

Each project now has a subtype, determining its behaviour.

Subtypes are managed in settings and can also be utilized for project data analysis when exporting allocations or actuals data to excel.

There can be multiple subtypes and you have also the ability to set a default subtype for each project type (External, Internal, Absence).

A subtype can also be designated as 'restricted' to restrict editing rights only to admins, HR-admins, and project manager of that project. This also limits access to projects time reporting data to the same roles.

Sometimes the allocations for individuals are quite scattered. We now enable tracking also more ad-hoc and short-term allocations with self-allocation feature.

This enables reaching good coverage and ensuring reliable forecasts in an environment where total allocations are a combination of long-term and short-term allocations.

Specific self-allocation projects can be created.

Employees themselves can easily add new small allocations only to these projects.

One can use filters to show/hide self-allocation projects in various project lists.

In various dialogs (e.g., edit "Work history"), the dialog window does not close anymore if clicking outside the dialog to prevent unintended loss of edited content.

For target group creation, You can now search and add respondents not only based on their Name, but also based on Business Unit, Team, Skill, and Role.

Creator of the survey can add new people even during answer collection or voting.

Creator can also delete Insight request, but only before voting has started.

Respondents can add multiple answers. But, before voting has started, they can also edit and remove their answers. Also, they see what answers they have already given.

Respondents can only vote once.
